今年度の概要
本研究会は2007年4月1日に、先端研院生である金城美幸・中倉智徳・宇野善幸が中心にこれを立ち上げた。その構成員は、先端研、文学研究科、他大学の院生、社会人、詩人を合わせて約20名である。現在人文科学、社会科学にとって、自己／他者の経験の固有性をどのように記述していくのかが争点の一つとなっている。例えば「黒いオルフェ」や「日本のヘミングウェイ」という言葉に端的に示されるように、自己／他者の経験はヨーロッパ近代がその参照枠となり回収される機制が働いてきた。本研究会は、そのような枠組みを避けつつどのようにして生の固有性を記述していくのかという問題関心を共有した上で、文学テクストを領域横断的に読むことによって、その記述の可能性と限界性を問うていくものである。これまで準備企画として研究会を二回開催したが、公募研究会企画助成金を通じてさらなる研究会活動の活発化を目指したい。とりわけ、関西圏で活躍する若手研究者、国内外第一線の研究者、現代日本語で書く最高峰の詩人の一人を招聘しての研究企画を5回ほど行い、先端総合学術研究科の研究科としての意義に貢献したいと考えている。
今年度の活動
今年度の主要な活動は、月に一回の研究会の開催及び12月22日の拡大研究会である。月例の研究会では、発表者が文学作品を取り上げ、それをもとに活発な議論を行った。
12月22日の拡大研究会では「詩と戦争」というタイトルのもと、詩人で古典文学研究者の藤井貞和氏を招いての講演会と詩の朗読を開催した。積極的に広報した結果もあって、この企画には大学の内外から研究者、大学院生、詩人、市民など30名近くの参加者が得られ、大変盛況であった。
今後の展望
今年度文学研究会では、月例の研究会と拡大研究会開催して多数の研究者、大学院生、詩人、市民たちと交流する場が持てた。今後は研究会で培った人脈を生かして更なる研究会の発展を目指したい。また公募研究会の開催を通じて、大学内に留まるだけでなく、社会的にも貢献したいと考えている。
